Scholarship for Indiana or Michigan residents who are undergraduate students attending an Indiana or Michigan college or university and are cancer surviors. Applicants must have be less than 20 years of age at the time of application, be U.S. citizens and have financial need. Due date for first time applicants is April 17 and renewal applicants is June 1. Number of awards may vary. Renewable.
