Scholarship for African-Americans who are permanent-legal residents of Hardee, Highlands or DeSoto County, Florida attending South Florida Community College full-time. Applicants must have a minimum 2.75 GPA and evidence of financial need. Due dates are June 1 for fall, October 15 for spring and March 1 for summer. Number of awards and award amount varies.
