Scholarship for undergraduate students attending a college/university in western Wisconsin. Students must be enrolled/enrolling a college or university in one of the following counties: Ashland, Bayfield, Barron, Buffalo, Burnett, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Douglas, Eau Claire, Iron, Jackson, Pierce, Pepin, Polk, Price, Rusk, Sawyer, St. Croix Taylor, Trempealeau, or Washburn. Nonrenewable; but recipients may reapply and compete annually.
