Scholarship for undergraduate students who are members of the North Carolina Association of Rescue and E.M.S., Inc. planning to attend a North Carolina college, university, or trade/technical school. Selection is based on scholastic achievement, intellectual ability, financial need, character, and promise of future contributions to the state and nation. Renewable.
