Scholarship for residents of Beacon Falls, Bethlehem, Bridgewater, Cheshire, Goshen, Litchfied, Middlebury, Morris, Naugatuck, New Milford, Oxford, Prospect, Roxbury, Southbury, Thomaston, Warren, Washington, Waterbury, Watertown, Wolcott, Woodbury, Connecticut who are incoming freshmen at a Connecticut university or college. Selection based on academic achievement, financial need, and extracurricular activities. Number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable.
