Scholarship for incoming, minority, freshmen or transfer students enrolling at Northern Illinois University. Freshmen must have a minimum ACT score of 22 and rank in top 1/3 of class. Transfer students must have completed a minimum of 24 credit hours with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Number of awards may vary. Award is a tuition waiver. Nonrenewable.
