Scholarship for residents of Lambert's Point neighborhood of Norfolk, Virginia who are undergraduate students admitted to Old Dominion University. Applicants must have successfully completed the Lambert's Point Summer Program, and demonstrate financial need. Students must file the FAFSA prior to February 15. Number of awards and award amount may vary. Renewable.
