Annual award for undergraduate (freshmen ineligible) student members of the American Society Of Mechanical Engineers enrolled in an ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, Inc.) accredited Mechanical Engineering baccalaureate program in the ASME region IX (California, Hawaii, or Nevada).
