Scholarship for Massachusetts residents who are full- or part-time undegraduate students attending a public college or university in Massachusetts. Students must not have earned a prior bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Applicants must be a be a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen and demonstrate financial need. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
