Annual award for entering freshman or transfer student accepted at Maryland Institute, College of Art (MICA). Applicant must be a citizen of a foreign country and be living outside the United States. This merit-based award recognizes outstanding artistic achievement and a commitment to pursuing a career in the visual arts.
