Scholarship for Indiana residents who are undergraduate students attending Ball State University majoring in Residential Property Management. Applicants must be enrolled in or have completed FCSMR 235 Introduction to Residential Property Management, and have a minimum 2.75 overall GPA and 3.0 GPA in the major. An essay must be included with application packet.
