Annual award for resident of Tioga County, Pennsylvania who is an entering freshman accepted to Mansfield University in Pennsylvania. Applicant must be in the top 20% of their class and have a minimum SAT score of 1200 or more. Candidate must participate in scholastic and community organizatons and demonstrate leadership potential. Renewable; maintain 3.0 GPA.
