Scholarship for undergraduate students attending Richland Community College full-time, who are participating in RCC's Honors Opportunities Program. Students in this program who are not eligible for any other type of financial aid will receive a a 75% reduction in tuition fees. Due date is ongoing. Number of awards and award amount varies.
