Annual award for residents of North Carolina who are undergraduate students attending Economic Development Institute and are members of the North Carolina Economic Developers Association. Applicants must work in a Tier One, Tier Two, or Tier Three county or part of the NCDOC Business and Industry Division in Raleigh or a regional office. Selection based on career goals. Courses are offered at the University of Oklahoma, Indiana University and in San Diego, CA. Renewable.
