Scholarship for undergraduate students (freshmen ineligible) currently attending a postsecondary institution in the Dayton Section of the Institute of Navigation. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, participate in a required apprenticeship, have completed at least one year of college and must demonstrate academic and post-academic plans and how the field of navigation could be advanced by these plans. Consideration given to achievements in navigation, and navigational activities in which student has been involved. Number of awards may vary. An essay must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply.
