Scholarship for undergraduate sophomores or higher attending Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, majoring in Computer Science. Applicants must have high academic achievement with a minimum 3.5 GPA. Candidates must not yet be eligible for UPE and have completed between 9 and 15 hours of computer science core courses at Texas Tech.
