Annual award for students who have already graduated from culinary school. Students must have a working knowledge of the French language and have a minimum of two years experience in a professional kitchen. Award consists of a one-year apprenticeship with the team of Alain Ducasse-six months in Monaco and six months at Ducasse in New York City, New York. Selection is based on financial need and aptitude. An essay must be included with application packet.
