Annual award for North Carolina resident who is a female student attending Durham Technical Community College in North Carolina. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, exhibit leadership abilities, and participate in school/community activities. Candidate must have completed a minimum of 9 semester hours in her program of study; enrolled in 9 or more credit hours per semester.
